Schedule Showings, and attend open houses

Now that we’ve got your tailored search set up, you’ll receive notifications on every property that comes to market that matches the criteria we’ve set up together. Our next step is to book showings and view the properties. During the showings, we’ll present comparable listings and our estimated value for the property; you will know the real-time market value of the property, which will allow you to make an informed offer.

Making an offer, and getting accepted

Now that you’ve found the perfect property and are ready to make an offer.
We use the information you provided during the buyer’s meeting to make sure your offer is favourable to the seller while ensuring that all your needs are met. Of course, there will be competition, but we will win you your dream home.
After your offer is accepted, in most situations, we will enter the conditional period. This is the time we will use to secure financing, have a home inspection, and satisfy any other conditions that you or the seller may have.

Time to Close

After the conditions are satisfied, the offer becomes firm, and it is time to close. The Lawyers will handle the details, with some work required on your part. In closing, once the title transfer has been completed, the property officially becomes yours.
